Be a good neighbor

• Describe skills and items honestly, including condition and experience.
• Agree the details in messages before you start, and show up when you said you would.
• Confirm trades only once they're actually done, and leave fair reviews.

Not allowed

• Weapons, drugs, alcohol, tobacco, prescription medicine, stolen or counterfeit goods, live animals, adult content or services.
• Anything illegal, or licensed work offered without the required license.
• Harassment, hate, threats, scams, spam or asking people to pay outside agreed terms.
• Fake accounts, fake reviews or gaming SwapFound Credits.

Stay safe

• Meet in public places for item swaps when you can, and tell someone where you're going.
• Keep conversations on SwapFound so there's a record if something goes wrong.
• Use Block and Report on any chat. Reports are reviewed by the SwapFound team.
