Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: email, name and sign-in provider.
• Profile and posts: what you offer, need and list, photos, messages, trades and reviews.
• Approximate location: your town, stored only as rounded coordinates (about 1 km). We never store your street address.
• Billing: handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To run AutoMatch, show your posts to members, deliver messages, process memberships, keep the community safe and improve SwapFound. When you use smart posting, your text is sent to an AI service to suggest categories; AI never decides payments, disputes or bans.

Who sees what

Signed-in members see your display name, approximate town, posts, Founding Member badge and reviews. Messages are visible only to you and the other person, except when reviewed for a safety report.

We don't sell your data

We share data only with service providers that help run SwapFound (hosting, payments, email, AI), or when required by law.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, delete posts, block members and ask us to delete your account and data by contacting support.
